At Pro Tees, Our aim is to satisfy our customers by treating them as a family. To Provide Ease for you in online shopping we are giving you 10 days Easy Return & Exchange Policy.

Refund and Exchange Policy & Instructions

If you change you mind or not happy after buying any item from us, Don't Worry! you can avail our return and exchange policy.

You have 10 days for return and exchange without using the product.
If you want your money back, we will return 80% (Deducting delivery charges and packing material amount) of your order amount by Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / Jazzcash.
For Exchange, we send our rider to your address with new item, he will check the old item you have, Collect that one and give you the new one.
The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/ labels attached.
Exchange charges (250-300) will be applied for hustle free service of exchange as mentioned above.
NOTE:No Return/Exchange for item on SALE / BUNDLE / CLEARANCE.
NOTE:Any Exchange request after 5 to 6 hours to order collection will not be entertain.

FAULTY ITEMS OR Wrong order RETURNS

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different size shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
